					<description>I used the ESX Starter Editions too for my first steps. Yes the converter does a good job for cloning VMs. It is cheap and in small environments it is all what you need.

					<description>This is super helpful in cloning VM's for those of us who don't have access to the Virtual Center Server. Very cool! 

Might I suggest to those of you going to do this: Know the requirements of the cloned system beforehand because there are some customization options within the wizard that you may want to use.
